At Lumio Accessories, we carefully pack every order and aim to deliver your jewelry safely and securely.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of ₹100 per order will be charged at checkout.
The ₹100 shipping fee applies regardless of the number of products purchased in a single order.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after the order is successfully placed.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping/tracking details so you can follow your package.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

- Weather conditions

- Remote delivery locations
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at lumioaccessories@gmail.com with your order number.
We will assist you in contacting the courier and tracking the shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs/videos of the package and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
